VirtualSb (vSb) will provide support, maintenance and service to CLIENT's computer, workstation, server, printer, network and overall computer systems, by request of the CLIENT only. No other third party technicians, CLIENT or employees should be allowed access to any aspect of the system configuration, as this would void any or all vSb warranties.
vSb warranties work in conjunction with the manufacturers warranties, our service warranties are not intended to supplement or replace regular manufacturer's warranties.
Service:
vSb offers a 90-Day warranty unless otherwise specified on all services associated with vSb pre-existing hardware service. The CLIENT is required to notify vSb within 90-days to obtain service under this warranty. Any problem that may occur or reoccur after vSb has completed service would be evident within 7-Days from the service date. If problem arise after that there will be more than a likely be other contributing factors involved (e.g. Operator error, malware, hardware and or software incompatibilities.) vSb will notify the CLIENT upon completion of service whether new components and or software will be needed to maintain stability and or reliability.
No Fix No Charge Guaranteed
VirtualSb no fix no fee guarantee means that if we cannot provide you with a solution to your problem, we will not charge you for our services. In some cases, the solution may be that you need to upgrade or replace your software or hardware.
If we advise you to do so and you choose not to upgrade or replace your software or hardware, you acknowledge that we have met our commitment to you by providing a solution to your problem, whether or not you choose to implement that solution.
Hardware:
vSb will fully cover, under 90-Day warranty unless otherwise specified, (CPU, Main board, Power supply, Memory, Hard disk drive, Video card, Cables, Optical drives & Monitor, Networking, Routers & Switch) installed, replace and or repair by vSb.
vSb will not cover pre-existing components under vSb warranty or contracts. vSb Warranty does not cover defects, covered by mishandling, negligence, or unauthorized alternations, nor does it guarantee fitness of use. Any data recovery and system repair costs of third party installed components will be incurred by the CLIENT.
vSb service warranty does not cover the following:
- Any problem arising due to human negligence
- Any problem arising due to an act of nature such as lightning, electrical power surge, wind, fire, flood, earthquake, etc.
- Any repair resulting from an insurance claim
Software:
vSb covers installation of vSb originated software for 7-Days. This warranty does not include damage to the media or lost of documentation. The warranty covers only software that vSb installed, endorses and support.
If Microsoft Windows Operating System and Antivirus Software are per-Installed by vSb the client should download regular updates from Microsoft and the Antivirus providing company. If this is not done, the software warranty becomes void.
vSb is not responsible for any Malicious Software (Virus, Spyware, Worm, and Trojan, etc.) contracted or any other intrusive software (such as browser hijackers, etc.) that may have been contracted by the customer, ether visiting “infected” websites or downloading “infected” files and or programs. If this occurs, the software warranty is void however vSb can clean and re-load all software for a nominal fee if requested by the client.

Backing up your software or data
Computers are complicated machines and although we take all reasonable precautions, files can be lost simply by doing routine work. You acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to back up all software and data that is stored on your computer's hard drive(s) and/or any other storage devices you have before we provide any services to you.
If for some reason you cannot back-up your data, we can do this for you for a fee as part of our services. If you choose not to back-up your data, either yourself or through us, you do so at your own risk and agree that we will not be responsible at any time for any loss, alteration or corruption of data or files relating, either directly or indirectly from the provision of our services.
Terms & Condition of Sales:
Products:
- Refunded or exchange merchandise has to be returned to VirtualSb within 5 business days of purchase receipt and a minimum restocking charge of 5% maybe assessed on all refunds of open and or used products. No refund on special order products. If a system is customized from our standard system configuration, the customized parts etc; are non-refundable.
- Custom order products are non-refundable, unless defective; and can only be exchanged for the same or similar product. Subject to manufacturer turn around example two (2) to six (6) weeks.
- Package or OEM software are non-refundable, unless defective and can only be exchange for the same product. Consumables, example: CD / DVD media, ink, toner cartridge, paper etc are non-refundable.
- Unless otherwise specified, payment terms are C.O.D. VirtualSb at its discretion may require reasonable advance assurances of payment through money order, credit card or otherwise. All unpaid invoices shall bear interest at an amount equal to 2% per month (or the maximum rate of interest allowed by law, which ever is less), commencing upon the date the payment is due.
- The Product(s) remains the property of VirtualSb and shall be kept separate and apart from other goods or items and the Buyer/User shall maintain a separate accounting for the Product (s) until VirtualSb has received full payment. VirtualSb thereby retains (and Buyer grants to VirtualSb) a security interest in the Product to secure payment in full and compliance herewith and Buyer agrees to execute any additional documents necessary to protect such security interest. In the event this sales invoice shall be placed by VirtualSb in the hands of a collection agency or an attorney for the purpose of collection, with or without litigation, or for the purpose of enforcing VirtualSb security interest in the Products, the Buyer agrees to pay any and all costs associated with such placement, including, without limitation, attorney fees and cost incurred prior to during, or subsequent to trial, and including, without limitation, collection, bankruptcy, or other creditor’s rights proceedings.
- A $15.00 administration fee will be charged to customers for all returned Cheques.
- The buyer agrees that VirtualSb has the right to set off payment against any Products due or belonging to the Buyer/User.
